These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and all purchases made through it. By accessing our webshop and placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions apply to every offer, order, and agreement between The Glossy Bar and you as a consumer.

3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from our webshop.

4. The Offer
We describe our products as accurately as possible. Obvious mistakes or errors do not bind us. Images are a true representation of the products but slight variations may occur.

5. Ordering Process

  • You can place orders by following the steps on our website.

  • After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. If payment was made, it will be refunded.

6. Prices and Payment

  • All prices are in euros (€) and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.

  • We accept major credit/debit cards and bank transfers.

  • Payments must be completed at the time of ordering.

  • Payments are processed through secure gateways.

7. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery times are indicative and may vary.

  • Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery.

  • If delivery is delayed beyond 30 days, you may cancel your order free of charge.

8. Right of Withdrawal

  • You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receiving the product, without stating reasons.

  • During this period, handle the product and packaging carefully.

  • If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us and return the product within 14 days after notification.

  • Return costs are at your expense.

  • Refunds will be made within 14 days after we have received the returned product.

  • Refunds will be made using the same payment method unless agreed otherwise.

9. Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Products made to your specifications.

  • Sealed hygiene products once unsealed.

  • Products that deteriorate or expire quickly.

10. Cancellations and Returns

  • Orders cannot be canceled after placement unless they have not yet been processed.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and returned in their original packaging.

11. Conformity and Warranty

  • We guarantee that our products comply with the agreement, specifications in the offer, and legal requirements.

  • Normal legal warranties apply.

  • Warranty does not apply in cases of improper use, damage, or unauthorized repairs.

12. Liability and Disclaimers

  • The Glossy Bar is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Our products are intended for professional use. Always follow instructions carefully.

  • We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our control (force majeure).

13. Complaints Procedure

  • If you have a complaint, you must notify us within 2 months after discovering the problem.

  • Complaints will be answered within 14 days.

  • If a complaint cannot be resolved, it becomes a dispute governed by Dutch law.

14. Privacy and Data Protection
We value your privacy. For details on how we process your data, refer to our Privacy Policy. By using our webshop, you consent to our data practices.

15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of our webshop after updates means you accept the new terms.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted exclusively to the competent court in the Netherlands.
